Welcome to Wen’s Thanksgiving 1997 Leftovers. Located at www.ultranet.com/(tilde)kaleidos/links.shtml, the site was developed several years ago by Wen Zientek. Zientek vowed several years ago never to eat another dry turkey sandwich again. There are 16 recipes on the site.
Recipes listed on the site include: Apple Cider Baked Turkey Casserole; Turkey, Corn and Sweet Potato Soup; and Turkey and Spinach Stuffed Tomatoes.
Some of the recipes have an international flair — including Turkey Paprikash and Turkey Frittata. Zientek promises the recipes will use up those pounds of leftover turkey without your family ever knowing it — or complaining.
